What we collect
Inquiry and booking forms collect contact details and enquiry text. Accounts collect a name, email and password hash; optional profiles and uploaded documents may include additional personal data. Community posts and messages are stored in the portal.
Why we collect it
We use submitted information to respond to requests, coordinate the services requested, maintain client accounts, deliver communications and keep a record of agreed application work.
Storage and processors
Records are stored in the configured PostgreSQL database. Files are held in a configured private S3-compatible bucket. Configured processors may include email delivery providers, Mailgun inbound routing, Stripe payments and cloud hosting providers. Choose providers and locations that meet your data-protection obligations.
Security and access
Portal accounts have hashed passwords and httpOnly session cookies. Uploaded documents are access-controlled by account roles and delivered using short-lived signed URLs. Staff authorised to support clients can access their records.
Your choices
Contact the company using the verified address once published to request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal and operational retention obligations. The eligibility guide does not submit answers to the server.
Retention and cookies
Retention periods are to be defined by the business before launch. The site uses an essential session cookie when you sign into the portal. Other analytics or advertising technologies must be disclosed before they are enabled.
