THE IMPORTANT THINGS, IN WRITING
Confidence should
be earned.
Here is what our guidance means, where our responsibility ends and how you can assess the information we share.
OUR COMMITMENTS
Six standards.
No fine print.
Requirements come from authorities
Universities, scholarship providers and immigration authorities define their own rules. We identify sources and dates rather than inventing eligibility criteria.
No guarantees, no shortcuts
We never promise an offer, a scholarship, a visa, a timeline or a specific immigration result. Final decisions belong to the relevant authority.
Privacy is a responsibility
Sensitive documents belong in the authenticated portal, not public inquiry forms or community discussions. Files use a private object-storage bucket when configured.
You approve your own route
Applicants decide which programmes to pursue. We explain options, estimated costs, risks and responsibilities before any agreed submission work.
Prices are explained
Professional fees, institutional application charges and other third-party payments must be identified separately in the final service agreement.
Corrections are welcome
Requirements change. We encourage clients to share updates and always verify published information before acting.
